PPS Celanese 1140L6 is a 40% glass‑fiber‑reinforced polyphenylene sulfide engineering plastic. It features excellent high‑temperature resistance, outstanding flame retardancy, superior mechanical strength and chemical‑corrosion resistance.

Main Applications

Electrical‑Electronic Industry: battery covers, connectors, sensor housings, transformer bobbins, high‑frequency coil bobbins, plugs and sockets. Its favorable electrical properties and high heat resistance improve the safety and reliability of electrical systems.

Automotive Industry: engine control unit housings, lamp bases, water‑pump impellers / rotors and electrical components. High heat resistance, wear resistance and oil resistance satisfy harsh under‑hood service conditions.

Industrial Field: pump components leveraging chemical‑corrosion and wear resistance.

Robot parts: motor coil bobbins and joint components for lightweight and high‑performance realization.

Environmental dust‑removal: PPS filter bags resistant to high temperature up to 200 °C and corrosive gas atmosphere.

Mechanical parts: wear‑resistant components such as precision gears.
